WHERE'S MY TRANSCRIPTION ORDER?!?

Orders are delivered 0-6 hours (usually right away) after confirmation of purchase where you'll receive an email from JKDS with a download link. However if you do NOT receive your order by this time, please do the following before contacting me:
(a) Check your email spam folder. This is where it is almost every time an order is not received. If you are using an email client, please also check the spam folder on your email web server interface. If your download email was sent there, consider adding john@jkdrumsolutions.com to your address book to avoid it being sent there in the future.
(b) Make sure the email address on your PayPal account is still current. I can't email you your download link if I don't have the correct email address. When an email gets returned to me, I'll cancel/refund the order with a note that your email is not working.

For those in Australia or Southeast Asia time zones...I may be asleep when you order! Please be a little patient - just keep in mind the time zone difference. You will always get your order!

NOTE: JKDS does NOT use automatic delivery service. Unfortunately they don't work almost half the time. Yep - even at this point in technology. In the meantime the cost of the transcriptions are kept lower as a result - everybody wins.
